Using extracts of fruits and herbs, we make our own sauces in house. Over the years, we've mastered our Sweet and Sour sauce so that it balances between the sour of vinegar and sweetness of the sugar. We also created our own Hoi Sin sauce and many others as well. You can always ask how we make them, but we're sorry to say that we just can't tell you!
It started as Chichester's most famous Chinese, renowned for its local touch and personal service. Since then, nothing much has changed, the same people still work here and we still use our secret recipes to create classic dishes.Gordon and Yvonne Lee are the owners and you'll probably get to meet them at the restaurant. We're a family run restaurant with a twist in modern british chinese cuisine. We live in Chichester and know the area very well.
